Do points have to be used within a certain time limit?
Yes. When rewards are credited to your account, they will remain valid for 12 months. If after this period the rewards have not been used, they will automatically expire and be deleted from your account. Your rewards will not expire all at once, instead, rewards will expire 12 months after you originally earned them.
